Our Vitamin D3 & K2 MK-7 is an expertly blended formulation of high quality Vitamin D3 4000IU and 100mcg of fully bioactive, all trans Vitamin K2 MK-7. We use K2 from Kappa Bioscience which is backed by 22 clinical trails to back up the effectiveness of the K2. This form of K2 MK-7 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones (claims substantiated by EFSA). While Vitamin D helps in the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels and normal absorption of calcium (claims as substantiated by EFSA), Vitamin K is the nutrient that helps our body use that absorbed calcium effectively by directing it to the bones where it is needed and away from blood vessels and kidneys.
