How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Personalise this individual Slate Coaster with a name up to 12 characters in length. The wine glass motif and wording 'WINE GOES HERE' is a fixed part of the design. Please include 's if required. The coaster has pads on the underside to protect the surface it is placed on. PLEASE NOTE- Each slate piece will be unique as the item is cut by hand. Due to the nature of slate there will be some differences in the stone (such as texture, cut and smoothness). This may result in natural faults in the surface and edges of the product including flaking and uneven corners. Each item contains speckles of fools gold which makes a stunning feature and adds to the rustic feel however it may be at times within the area of your personalisation (please see picture). Please refrain from using all capitals in your personalised message. If the message is all in capitals you will find the personalisation extremely difficult to understand and may even result in personalisation being missed off the product.
